泊好車後,立即有服務員上前迎接。驟眼看上去,那一刻我攪不清自己在馬來西亞還是在曼谷。因為這餐廳的車面的確跟曼谷一些高價CHOK 餐館有點像。

(1)超唔新鮮!雖沒有明將之風,但竟不及板長新鮮!
(2)二人份量就是7種刺身,每款兩片薄薄的,盡顯刀功!
(3)7款刺身除了TORO外,其餘都是下價的貨式。沾了醬油後,就只有醬油味。
(4)以港幣約$380的價錢在這打正日本料理的餐廳,吃到如此的刺身,相當02。第二天我到超市買外帶的刺身,水準跟這家沒有分別。外帶的一盒活魚刺身,整整一條,才約港幣$32!!這裡$380?!給我這種貨色,跟土匪沒分別呀!

再來香煎鵝肝, 外還有點脆,內裡軟軟的,入口甘香,不腥。可惜下面的帶子有過熟,不過沾上鵝肝汁也夠美味。整體有60分 XDD

有說鵪鶉蛋膽固醇高、卡路里高~但有營養師指,鵪鶉蛋黃1隻的膽固醇是74毫克,一隻雞蛋黃的膽固醇是266毫克!3隻鵪鶉蛋的膽固醇和卡路里成分等於1隻雞蛋!所以我就沒有刻意避開鵪鶉蛋了!
是不是因為當我們吃鵪鶉蛋時,總是一包包買回去,不自覺的把十多粒一下子吃光?我能一下吃十粒鵪鶉蛋,但總不會一下子吃十隻雞蛋吧!一下子吃一包鵪鶉蛋,膽固醇當然高吧。不知道。

這間日本料理店,我想我還是不可能再來。若純粹為食 À la carte 的話,就千萬不要中招~
但如果要請客花上兩小時,在這裡吃懷石料理可能不錯。
